1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ryzoro LLC ("Ryzoro," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using https://ryzoro.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About our services

Ryzoro provides web design, local SEO, content writing, social media management, and AI automation services for local businesses. The Site describes our services and pricing for informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer that creates a binding contract. Paid work begins only after we and the client agree to a separate written proposal or service agreement that sets out scope, fees, and terms. If that separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the Site, or scrape it in a way that burdens our systems.
• Submit false information through our forms or impersonate another person or business.

4. Information you submit

Deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are governed by the ownership terms in that client's service agreement.

We bring experience and proven methods, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Any examples or projections are illustrative and not promises of results.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
