What happens when a tech loses signal out on the job?

Chemical Application Records for Lawn and Pest Companies
Lawn care and pest control companies have to keep application records, and the records have to be right. Ryzoro Field Service logs each application from the field: product, EPA number, amount, area treated, wind and temperature, and the applicator's license. The report is ready when an inspector or a customer asks for it.
Treatment programs schedule the whole season up front, and automatic return visits put the follow-up on the calendar as soon as the visit is completed. Nobody has to remember the 30-day callback in July.

Ryzoro LLC is veteran-owned, family-owned and locally operated from Laughlin, Nevada, minutes from Bullhead City and Fort Mohave, Arizona. We have been in business since June 2016. Korey Brooks, co-owner, has been building websites since 1995 and running this agency since 2016.
Field service software is not a side project here. It sits alongside the web design, local SEO, review system and landscaping marketing work Ryzoro already does. Those clients are in the Tri-State area and across the United States. The app works anywhere in the US. The setup call comes from a person in Laughlin who knows what a Mohave County summer does to a mowing schedule.

Ryzoro Field Service FAQs
Is there a contract?
No. Ryzoro Field Service is paid month to month or year to year, and you can cancel anytime. There is no contract to sign and no term to serve out. If you stop, you keep full access through the end of the month or year you already paid for, and your data stays downloadable.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Start the free 30-day trial at my.ryzoro.com with an email address and nothing else. No card is collected until you choose a plan. That means nothing can bill you by surprise when the trial ends, and you can import real customers and jobs during the trial without risk.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan, or the account becomes read-only. Read-only means you can still sign in and see your customers, jobs and invoices, but you cannot add or edit anything. If no plan is chosen, the data is deleted 90 days after the trial ends. You can download everything before then.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time. Every account can download all of its data as one ZIP file of spreadsheets, straight from the app. Your data is yours. You do not have to ask, wait for support, or be on a paid plan to export it. The export stays available after you cancel.
How do my customers pay me?
By card or bank transfer, straight into your own Stripe account. Ryzoro never holds your money. Customers pay from the invoice link, can save a card for next time, and can be set to autopay for monthly contracts. Partial payments, deposits on estimates and progress billing on big jobs are all built in.
Does the crew app work without a signal?
Yes. The crew app installs from the phone's browser, so there is no app store download, and it keeps working with no signal. Techs can see the day's visits, clock in and out, take before-and-after photos, fill out checklists and collect a signature. Everything syncs when the phone reconnects.

Do you offer refunds?
No. Because every plan starts with a free 30-day trial and no card, there is no refund on monthly or yearly payments. When you cancel, you keep full access to the end of the month or year you already paid for. Your data export stays available during that time.
